First download Rinmeter at Rainmter.net, then go to documents on your computer then the rainmeter file. Then create a new .ini file and name it whatever you want. After that install skin from rainmeter.net into that file. Then open up your rainmeter, and go to the button that says “Refresh All” on the bottom left and push it. It should refresh and automatically be there. Once it is there all you have to do is double click each item and place it wherever you want it on the screen. Whala your done.

install latest version of rainmeter from rainmeter.net, download this skin, just open the .ini file with notepad and then save as (so you wouldnt loose original file)(save them in different folder) different file name, try change this and and that and see what happen next. Get more advise from rainmeter forum
