Note: You need to have Rainmeter installed before using this skin.

Author’s instructions:

To Install:

Copy all of the contents of the Skins folder into your Rainmeter folder, usually something like: C:\Users\[user name]\
My Documents\Rainmeter\Skins

OR

Move the Circles.thm file to your appdata folder, usually something like: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter\Themes

After Install:
To make the “Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Videos” launcher work, you’ll have to right-click, choose “Edit Skin”, and change the directory path to what’s correct for your own computer.
