   anyone can help me ,please.I have a problem!i can’t use rar themes.all themes like exe format working fine in my pc.after unrar if i copy to C:WINDOWSResourcesThemes and then go to personalize ,but no change.Please Help!

   ^^ Did you copy the exact theme folder to “C:\Windows\Resources\Theme” folder? e.g. if after extracting the RAR file you get some files, folders. Look for the actual theme folder which contains a .msstyles file. You have to copy this folder to “C:\Windows\Resources\Theme” folder and it’ll work.

   extract the .rar file using WinRAR or 7Zip.
