Installation:

1. Extract Klasik7.theme and klasic7 folder to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
2. Replace explorerframe.dll file in C:\Windows\system32\ folder with the apropriate file from explorerframe folder, according to your version of Windows 7. Backup the original file first.
Restart and select the theme from presonalize menu.
