   Hi,
   I did exactly what it said in text file, (changed that system files ownership, backing up and compying new versions to that location)
   and copied theme contents into c:\windows\resources\themes
   BUT when I apply the New themes, my windows looks like old 98 windows!!!!

   I rebooted the system many times, and i have a 4gig ddr3 ram, and 1gig shared graphic memory (Vaio laptop)

   Whats wrong with me?
   please help me. thanks
