1. First Download Universal Theme Patcher
2. Run the .Exe depending on your 32bit or 64bit.
3. Go through clicking all three patch buttons and close, itll ask you to restart. Do so.
4. Now Navigate to “X:\Windows\Resources\Themes\” (X:\ is your local disk letter. And drag and drop, “pixitale VS, and pixitale.themepck” into the Themes folder and click “pixitale.themepack”. Enjoy!
